The Ravenwood Girls Golf team finished Runner-up at the State Championships at Sevierville Golf Club on October 6 and 7. The team stormed back from 6th place after day 1 by posting a team score of +12 on day 2. The day 2 score was second only to team champion Cookeville. Hanna Walton led the Raptors with a 2-day total of +5, which was tied for 6th in the individual competition. Ravenwood, coached by Teddy Craig, includes team members Walton, Holly Hake, and Emma Hetrick. Franklin's Sophia DiPaolo, last year's State Champion, finished her high school career by placing T-4 in the individual competition.
